This will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout. See below for our shipping timeframes
for both standard and express shipping.
- Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
- Standard shipping will take 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
- Express shipping will take 5 to 7 working days after dispatch.

We offer free exchanges on all orders. We do not offer returns (unless faulty or incorrect) or store credits.
To submit your exchange, fill out our Returns Form and we will send you a pre-paid Australia Post label within 48 hours. Stick this label onto your return parcel (original packaging or new mailer bag) and drop off at your local Australia Post Outlet.

Custard clothing is designed with a relaxed fit for all garments. We recommend purchasing your standard size for a relaxed fit, or sizing up for an oversized look.
If you are still unsure on sizing, please contact us and our customer service team will assist you.
We accept all standard payment methods including Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Shop Pay, Union Pay and Visa. We also offer Afterpay.
Yes, AfterPay is an option for all purchases. Simply select this option at checkout.
Once your order is in transit we will send your Australia Post tracking number, by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates.
Currently we do not ship internationally.
We do ship Australia wide.
No, you can check out as a guest although we do recommend creating an account which can be done at check out.
An account will allow you to keep track of your past order details and make your checkout process much quicker.
