Shipping policy

• All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
  
• We deliver throughout Australia using Australia Post.
• We do not currently deliver internationally.
• Orders placed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched within 48 hours.
• Express shipping will take approximately 2 to 4 working days from dispatch.
• Standard shipping will take approximately 5 to 8 working days from dispatch.

 

Once your order is in transit we will send your Australia Post tracking number, by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show updates.

There is a possibility that shipping delays may occur due to issues outside of our control or during busy trade periods. We will not refund any postage charges or be held responsible for any delays.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the correct delivery address, contact number and email address are provided at the time of purchase.
