Returns Policy

All items (excluding "Final Sale" items or items purchased from the BASEMENT) can be returned for a store credit applied to your Custard Clothing customer account. 

Returns will be processed within 2 business days after the item/s are received. A confirmation email will be sent to confirm your store credit has been applied to your account.

 

RETURN TERMS

Returns are offered for store credit only, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Returns Form must be completed within 30 days of receipt of the order and included in your returns package. 
  • Returned item/s must be unworn, in brand new condition.
  • Returned item/s must be in original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • A Store Credit will be offered for all returns that have been received and approved by the Custard Team.
  • Store Credit value will be issued for the purchase price paid for the item/s only and will not include any shipping paid.
  • If the item/s have NOT been returned in a saleable condition (determined by the Custard Team) they will be returned back to the sender and NO store credit will be issued. 
  • A store credit will NOT be applied to your account if we do not receive your completed returns form in the returned parcel.

 

RETURNS PROCEDURE

  • Complete and print the Returns Form.
  • Place your returns form in the parcel with your item/s.
  • Post your parcel to the delivery address below.
  • Retain your postage receipt so you can track your parcel.

Please note: If you have received an incorrect order, or your item/s have arrived in  less than perfect condition, please contact Custard Support on support@custardclothing.com.au and we will work with you to rectify the issue.
